Save the date - documentary film screening of ‘Guardians of Hope’ is coming to Armidale!
Join us for an inspiring night in support of those who protect our natural and cultural heritage. The Protected Area Workers Association Gala takes place on Friday 31 July 2026 at The Woolshed, Yallah, bringing together environmentally conscious supporters for an evening of celebration, connection, and impact.
The next IRF (International Ranger Federation) World Ranger Congress will be held at Puerto Iguazu in Argentina. It will be hosted by the Sindicato de Guardaparques Nacionales de la República Argentina (SIGUNARA).
This year’s PAWA Paws Up is set to be amongst the bush and beach along the North Coast of NSW at Woody Head. Join us and experience the region from the perspective of local rangers and staff and share your knowledge and experiences working in the field of conservation in an informal, fun setting with Parks members from NSW and ACT.
The weekend is held in conjunction with our Annual General Meeting, but we promise not to spend too much time talking and more time hiking, camping, and eating!
